About Sam Erpik
Sam Erpik is a technical founder and product leader based in the UK. He builds and scales technology ventures end-to-end — product design, engineering and go-to-market — and is currently co-founder of QuantumEye, an edge-AI retail-security platform.
A BSc in Computer Science, an MSc in Management & Entrepreneurship, and 10+ years designing products. He led UX and product on enterprise platforms at Canada Life UK, the NHS and the Home Office — journeys handling real money, compliance and scale — before building his own.
Now: QuantumEye (edge-AI retail security, on-device shoplifting detection in under 4 seconds), Purple Luna (an AI WhatsApp receptionist for appointment businesses), and previously WhotNow (30K monthly actives across Brighton & Kent).
